1983 Chevy K10 1/2 ton 4x4 Short bed "Custom Deluxe"
This is a very nice original survivor 1983 short bed Chevy 4x4, with only 82,743 original mile. It is 100% rustfree from California. This is a nice simple Custom Deluxe model, with an excellent running 6.2 diesel, overdrive automatic transmission, posi rear axle, power steering, power disc brakes, and A/C.
The interior is very clean. The seat, dash pad, and rubber floor mat are all original. It does have a nice sounding AM/FM/CD stereo upgrade.
This truck is unbelievable survivor. The 6.2 diesel runs excellent, and even starts nice in cold weather. The glow plug system works as it should. The 6.2 has decent power and gets real good fuel economy. I drove one of these years ago, and got better than 20 MPG.
She runs and drives like a low mile survivor should. If you want a nice looking, straight, rust-free simple short bed 4x4, this is truly it. Those of you who keep watch, know that the square body stuff is getting hard to find, and expensive. If you like the early diesel trucks, you can't go wrong, and if you aren't don't let it scare you off. This is a no excuses hop in and drive beauty. Enjoy the pics!
