This is a clean
straight 1984 Chevy Silverado K10 1/2 ton 4x4. It is 100% rustfree
from Nevada. The gentleman I got it from has had it since the late
80's. It has a newer Autozone remanufactured 350 that runs smooth and strong, with a rebuilt overdrive
automatic. The body is straight other than one spot in front of the
passengers rear tire. The inside of the bed, and upper bed rails are very straight.
Even the front of the bed and tailgate are straight. I just don't fine
them this straight, especially for being
almost 40 years old. Now the paint is another story. It is
flaking off in areas like was so typical in the 80's. The body is 100%
rustfree, but does have a few surface rust spots, but no rust through
cancer.
Again this is the Top-of-the Line Silverado model.
Options include: AC, overdrive automatic trans, Tilt,
Cruise, Limited slip rear, etc. It also has a nice sounding old school
stereo, and a class III tow hitch, etc. It drives straight and
tight.
It has five new stock
sized tires on the factory rally wheels. The exhaust is sound, the
suspension is tight, and the disc brakes stop nice.
The interior is
original and clean for it's age. We did install a new headliner.
We also had a new windshield installed.
This is a
nice no excuses truck. I don't get many half ton long bed 4x4's.
This is a nice honest example in a cool color combination. This is an excellent running and driving truck,
with a straight body. I would
hop in and drive anyplace period. I can't say much more about it.
I will let the pictures speak for themselves. |
