This is a nice example of a 1986 SWB 4x4. It has a straight body,
with nice paint, and is 100%
rustfree from California. This truck has only had two owners, and
has never been cut, lifted, or off-roaded. It only has 138,808
miles on it. This short bed has the Top-of-the-Line
Silverado trim. It has a smooth strong 350, with an Edlebrock
carburetor. It has a nice shifting overdrive automatic. It
also has: A/C, PS, PDB, Tilt, Cruise, PW, PDL, duel fuel tanks, class
III tow hitch, etc. It also has the factory skid plates.
Finally, it has a nice sounding factory AM/FM radio. All the
gauges work, including the factory clock. Both fuel tanks also
work.
This is an excellent running and driving truck.
The engine sounds nice with excellent oil pressure. It has nice
sounding dual exhaust on it also. The suspension is tight.
The brakes, and shocks are all good also. It has decent 31x10.5x15
tires on nice factory rally wheels. Even the inside of the bed is
straight. The factory seat has some
damage to the cloth but the seat itself sits fine, and the foam is fine.
I put a new slip on cover over the factory seat. We also recovered
the head liner. It hasn't been smoked in, so the rest of the
interior is clean and bright. They just don't get much nicer than
this for being almost 30 years old. I would hop in and
drive this truck anywhere. I don't have to make any excuses for
it.
