1991 GMC V2500 3/4 ton Suburban,
with the top-of-the-line SLE trim. 1991 was the last and most
refined year of this classics square body style. This one is an
excellent example, featuring a straight, never cut or lifted, 100%
rustfree body from California. 91 was the only year of this
classics style to get an overdrive in a 3/4 ton. This is a
fully loaded Suburban. It has a fuel injected 350, HD 4L80E overdrive automatic,
Cold F & R A/C, PW, PDL, tilt, cruise, rear defroster, overhead & floor
consoles, power mirrors. It also has the factory towing package
which features a class III trailer hitch, extra coolers, skid plates,
tow hooks, and heavier suspension and brakes. It has an electronic
trailer brake controller also. Finally it has 4:10 axles with a
limited slip rear axle. The
brakes are nice, the suspension is tight, and the exhaust is sound.
It has bucket seats up front and two rear bench seats. It sits a
total of 8 passengers. The interior is clean and showing minimal wear
for it's age. The carpet is nice, but showing some light soiling.
The paint is presentable, but faded from the California sun. This
Suburban was owned by the Chico school system in Chico California, and
was maliciously maintained mechanically. Overall this is a nice running,
looking, and driving heavy duty 4x4 Suburban, that is ready to be put
into service. This one sure beats paying $60,000.00 for a
new one. |
